The 2SSR24BX is a coded electronic autonomous sensor using the ACOTOM process, allowing the device to detects the opening of the mobile protectors on dangerous machines. Housed in two polycarbonate cases (the transmitter and the receiver), it provides two contacts (NO and NC contact). This FURTIF is provided with 001 code for the standard version and optional with 002 to 008 codes.
The 2SSR24BX FURTIF is supplied with 24VAC or 24VDC. When the two targets on the receiver and transmitter are aligned and the codes are recognized, the NO safety line close and the NC line opens. The red led on the receiver side lights off. It is not necessary to «stick» the two parts on each other ; the detection is effective within a 4mm distance.
